ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order on the thenextcustomgift.com website's "Track order" page using your order number and email. Alternatively, log in to your account and visit My Account > My Order.
During busy occasions like Valentine’s Day, Women’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, or Christmas, production and delivery times may be extended. Cut-off times are publicly displayed on our website, and we DO NOT guarantee on-time arrival or take responsibility for late deliveries for orders placed after cut-off dates.

SHIPPING FEE

Shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. It depends on the shipping location and the items’ weight. You may need to pay extra when your order has to go through customs.
Free Standard Shipping will automatically be applied for orders satisfying ALL conditions below:
  • U.S domestic orders
  • Over $70 after applying any available discount code
  • Not include Canvas Print, Wood Print, Acrylic Board Wall Art, Poster, Wood/Metal Sign, Doormat, Acrylic/Wooden Plaque, and Acrylic LED Night Light.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express Shipping is now available for Vertical Rectangle LED night lights, Mugs, Ceramic/ Plastic Ornament, Shirts, Doormats, Clear Glass Can and Posters orders. You should expect to receive your packages within 2 - 5 business days after the needed production time (1 - 7 business days). For other items, we are working tirelessly to make this ability enabled in the future.

DELIVERY AREAS

Our products can be shipped to the US, UK, and EU countries, except for:
  • Pillow is only available within the mainland US.
  • Large packages like Canvas or Metal Sign cannot be shipped to a P.O. address. In this case, we need your physical address to ensure a safe and quick delivery.
  • We cannot ship to Army addresses, but we are looking into how our products can be delivered to these places.
Kindly be advised that we cannot ship your order to a non-postal address or multiple addresses. Please provide us with your mailing address or place separate orders in case you want to ship each item to different places.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please make sure all details, including the recipient’s name, are CORRECT. Otherwise, the items may be returned to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of by them. thenextcustomgift.com is NOT responsible for the unsuccessful delivery of your order due to incorrect or insufficient shipping information.
Changing your address is eligible within 2 hours of placing your order. Modifications are not possible after this period.
We may reach out to confirm your shipping address if issues arise, such as incorrect city, state spelling, or ZIP code. Please note that timely delivery cannot be guaranteed in these situations.

Return & Refund 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Products conditions should be new in same box

There is no restocking fee  but customer will be responsible cover return shipping cost .

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

I didn't care much about it, I assumed the name Cheryl/Bert would be on both sides of the item but instead other names were there, which I didn't like. Also the sticky label was hard to take-off. Bert was the love of my life and i didn't expect him to pass at such an early age, so hence I didn't want any other name on the other side.
